Haligonians are outraged at this week’s decision by a Nova Scotia judge to acquit a cab driver ofsexual assault. Judge Gregory Lenehan determined that the Crown hadn’t provided sufficient proof of lack of consent, despite the testimony of an expert witness and the fact that the alleged victim was unconscious at the time of the incident.
